Meet the Rescue Dog playing the Tramp in the upcoming remake of 'Lady and the Tramp'

There is nothing better than hearing these types of stories here at The Vet Shed.
Monte who is a 2 year old terrier mix is set to play the Tramp in the upcoming Lady and the Tramp remake film, along side his co star Rose - a Cocker Spaniel. Monte was rescued from Death row by Halo Animal Rescue when he was just 8 months old, and trained him up to be the star he is today.

Not only the star - Monte is a rescue dog, but the entire cast is! Disney has stated that every dog that was cast on the show is now in a loving and caring forever home, which melts our hearts.
We are so glad that large organisations are out there helping keep fur babies out of shelters and get them into loving homes. We want to see more of this!
