When fed as 80% of your bird’s total daily intake, these pellets support vital growth, breeding health, brain function, and vibrant feather development. To complete their diet, it’s recommended to provide 15% fresh fruits and vegetables and 5% treats such as nectar mixes, replicating their natural feeding habits.

A key ingredient in the formula is natural psyllium husk, which helps reduce mess by producing firmer droppings while enhancing gut health and digestion. This contributes to a cleaner environment and supports your bird’s overall well-being.

Average Daily Pellet Intake:

Lorikeets and lories typically consume between 10-15% of their bodyweight in dry food daily. For example, a Rainbow Lorikeet weighing approximately 120g requires a minimum of 10g of Nectar Pellets each day.

• Always provide your birds with fresh, clean water freely available at all times.
• Birds fed primarily on Nectar Pellets will have droppings that are more uniform in colour and texture compared to those fed on nectar mixes alone.

Storage & Shelf Life:

Keep Nectar Pellets stored in a cool, dry place below 30°C to maintain freshness. Once opened, it is best consumed within the expiry period of 2 years from the date of manufacture.
