Price Match Policy

We will only price match stores we can contact by phone.

If a company can't be contacted, it generally means they don't have a customer service team ready to help if something goes wrong. We have a trained, experienced team and our customer service is outstanding.

We match the total price including delivery.

Price matching is based on the total shopping cart cost including delivery charges. 

We price match the total order — not individual items.

If you are ordering multiple products, nominate one competitor and we will match your total order against theirs. We won't mix and match one item from one store and another from a different store. Here's an example of why this works in your favour:

Price matching does not apply to:

• Gifts with purchase
• Membership discounts

The competitor's product must exactly match ours:

• Same size, quantity, colour and brand
• Authentic product
• Made by the same manufacturer
• Shipped from the same country of origin
• New and not close to or past its use-by date

The policy applies to the competitor's final price including GST, taxes, fees, delivery and any other charges.

The competitor's product must be in stock at the time of the price comparison.

Price match orders are created manually by our team and can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or bank transfer. Price match orders are not eligible for Afterpay or Zip Pay.

Approved price matches do not automatically apply to future transactions.

The Vet Shed reserves the right to decline a price match where it would result in a sale below cost price. All price matches are at our sole discretion.

The price must be publicly advertised. The Vet Shed reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for price matching at its discretion.
