Feeding Guidelines

• Primary Diet: Nutriblend Mini should make up about 80% of your bird’s daily diet.
• Supplemental Foods: The remaining 20% should consist of healthy fresh fruits and vegetables (around 15%) and a small portion of treats such as nuts and seeds (approximately 5%).
• Daily Pellet Intake Recommendation: Vetafarm suggests feeding parrots a minimum of 10% of their body weight in pellets per day, for example:
• 50g Bourke Parrot (or similar): minimum 5g of pellets daily
• 60g Plum-headed Parakeet (or similar): minimum 6g of pellets daily
• 100g Cockatiel (or similar): minimum 10g of pellets daily
