Wombaroo Glider Nectar is a nutritionally balanced powder diet formulated specifically for sugar gliders and other gum and nectar-eating species. Developed in line with published nutritional guidelines for sugar gliders (Dierenfeld and Whitehouse-Tedd, 2018), it provides a full range of vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients alongside soluble fibre from acacia gum and pectin, and prebiotics to support healthy gut bacteria. Simply mix with warm water to make a fresh nectar for daily feeding. Available in 300g and 1kg.

Store prepared nectar refrigerated for up to one day, or freeze in ice-cube trays for up to 2 weeks.
Maintenance Feed Guide
Feed rates are based on Glider Nectar making up 80% of daily energy intake. If a significant proportion of energy is obtained from other food sources, reduce feed volumes accordingly. Overfeeding can cause obesity - monitor body weight regularly. Offer acacia and eucalypt gum branches, native blossom and invertebrates daily.
Breeding and Growth
For breeding, growing or underweight gliders mix 75% Glider Nectar powder (3 scoops) with 25% Wombaroo High Protein Supplement (1 scoop) and make up as directed above.
