Milbemax tablets for large dogs are suitable for dogs over 5kg
Dosage -
Dogs > 5-25kg = 1 tablet
Dogs >25 -50kg = 2 tablets
For dogs over 50kg then a combination of tablets will need to be given consistent with the above dosage

Milbemax needs to be given monthly if using for Heartworm control. If you are just using Milbemax for intestinal worming control than it can be used 3 monthly.

By: Express on 28 February 2019We needed wormer sent through quickly as Milbemax covers for heart worm, but needs to be done monthly for that. I phoned The Vet Shed and they went out of their way to find the product, and get it through. We are in rural Queensland, and it arrived the day after I ordered it!! Very, very impressed, and the lady who helped was great. Will definitely shop there again.
