Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping: Orders leave our warehouse within 1–4 business days. Delivery time then depends on Australia Post or Aramex Couriers estimates from postcode 4074 (Sumner Park).

Express Shipping: Orders leave within 1–4 business days via a fast priority express service. All orders are insured and barcoded. Note: this is not guaranteed next-day delivery. Call us on 1300 735 995 if you need next-day.

International Shipping: Orders leave within 1–4 business days. Delivery outside Australia takes 9–26 working days depending on region.

From time to time products may need to be sourced from local suppliers causing a slight delay. If there is a supply delay we will contact you with an ETA and offer you the option to wait, take an alternative, or cancel.

Australia Post may 'Safe Drop' your parcel if they deem it appropriate. Otherwise a card will be left and your parcel taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

Aramex Couriers offer an Authority to Leave option — specify a secure location on the calling card. Please note that when you provide authority to leave, Aramex are not liable for any loss or damage.

Up to 1kg anywhere in Australia — $6.50, insured and tracked. Orders over $150 and under 1kg ship FREE!

The website calculates all postage charges based on the weight of your order, your delivery address, and available delivery options — before any payment is required.

Vaccine orders incur an additional $10 fee for Express Post and refrigeration packaging.

International: Postage is calculated by weight and destination. Up to 500g is $10, then $10 for every additional 500g.

First, check the tracking details for your order. If tracking isn't moving and it's past your expected delivery date, contact us and we'll follow up with Australia Post or Aramex on your behalf.

Please note: Australia Post require a delivery to be delayed 3 business days past their stated delivery times before they can investigate. Check estimated times at auspost.com.au.

Orders

Log in to your account and select My Orders. The current status of your order will be displayed there.

If you haven't received a tracking number yet, we're still processing your order. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

This can happen for a few reasons:

  • Double-check you've entered all digits correctly and in the right order
  • The number may not yet be recognised — your item might not have been scanned yet
  • Due to parcel volumes, Aramex may only scan items once back at the depot
  • There can sometimes be technical delays in showing tracking events

Please wait at least 24 hours and try again.

Unfortunately we are unable to sell prescription medications.

Payments

We offer a variety of payment options:

Afterpay lets you pay for your order over 8 weeks in four equal fortnightly payments — no interest or added fees. You receive your order as normal.

You will need:

  • A debit or credit card
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • To live in Australia

Simply add items to your cart, select Afterpay at checkout, and enter your details. Valid up to $500 with a debit card or $800 with a credit card.

For first-time Afterpay customers the first payment is made at time of purchase, with remaining payments over 6 weeks. Existing customers have their first payment due in 14 days, with payments over 8 weeks.

*If you fail to make a payment a late fee of $10 applies, with an additional $7 charged one week later if still overdue.

Please check the following:

  1. Debit card orders are capped at $500
  2. The amount for your first instalment must be available in your account
  3. First-time credit card users are limited to $750 on first purchase, then $800 thereafter
  4. Ensure your card does not expire within the 60-day payment period

Yes! We price match Australian stores that have a contact phone number. We match the total order including postage. See our full Price Match Policy for details.

Returns & Security

Most products can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if not suitable. Exceptions include vaccines, cold goods, and items that cannot be returned for health reasons such as whistles.

Yes, absolutely. We use the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt all data passed between your browser and our server. We do not store your credit card details — payment is processed securely at the time of order and we cannot see your card details.

When you reach the checkout pages you will notice the address bar changes from http:// to https:// — the 's' stands for Secure. You can shop with complete peace of mind.
