Returns Policy

What can be returned?

Most products can be returned for refund or exchange if not suitable. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Vaccines and cold goods
  • Dog whistles and items that cannot be returned for health reasons
When do items need to be returned?

Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

How do I return items?

Items must be packaged and returned the same way they were sent to you, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Items returned in envelopes that are damaged in transit will not be accepted.

All items must be clean, hair free, and in "as new" condition.

Who pays for return shipping?
  • Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We do not offer free returns for change of mind or wrong size/colour ordered.
  • If you received a damaged item, email photos to support@thevetshed.com.au with your invoice number and name and we will resolve the issue.
  • Original postage and handling charges are not refunded (unless the return is due to our error).
How is my refund paid?

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original order. Once your return is received, our team will process it and authorise your refund, exchange or store credit within 1–4 business days. You will be emailed once complete.

Afterpay Refunds

Once we have processed your refund it will automatically be sent through to Afterpay. Their system will adjust your payments from the last instalment backwards — your final payment may be reduced to zero, but earlier payments stay the same. Afterpay cannot spread the refund evenly across remaining payments.

Financial refunds can take up to 7 business days depending on your financial institution. For questions about your payment plan, contact Afterpay directly.
