SeedMate No-Mess Bird Feeder Small
The original SeedMate No-Mess Bird Feeder Small eliminates the mess and waste created by budgies, cockatiels and other small birds. Designed and tested to effectively contain your bird's food while keeping the cage clean, it frees up your time to play with your bird rather than clean up after them. Made from 3mm high quality food-grade UV-stable virgin acrylic - not recycled - with a built-in slip-resistant perch and easy hook mounting that attaches inside or outside the cage. This is the Small V2 (Version 2) model which as of September 2026 comes with new kitchen grade 304 stainless steel hook screws and perch screws.

How to Set Up
- Screw the hooks into either the front or back of the SeedMate feeder depending on your mounting preference - inside or outside the cage.
- Fill the food compartment at the back of the feeder through the main opening.
- Hang the SeedMate feeder onto any horizontal cage bar using the hooks. This can be externally over an open feed door or internally in any accessible location.
Care and Cleaning
- Discard leftover food by tipping out via the feeder opening.
- Gently wash with warm water (not hot) and mild dishwashing liquid. Rinse and dry with a soft microfibre cloth.
- Ensure the feeder is completely dry before refilling with fresh food.
Please note: Not dishwasher or microwave safe. The Small TrayMate Easy-Feed Insert accessory is not included and is sold separately. Always ensure the feeder is completely dry before refilling. Keep out of reach of children.
