High pitch noise
By: K H on 16 July 2025The plug makes a high pitched noise when plugged into the wall that my cat couldn't stand, and made me slightly paranoid leaving on for long period of times. I tried to return the mat thinking it's faulty but they said they all make that noise. Very expensive unusable mat.

Great Product
By: Jane on 20 August 2021Charlotte the cat is only tiny (fully grown) and really feels the cold. Thought we'd give this a try. It took about 2 weeks for her to work out what it was and now she loves it. We leave it on 24x7 for her. Great product with variable heat settings (we use 9V). The heating mat extends right to the edges of the cover.

Dog Loves It

Top Notch Heat Pad
By: Jane on 19 June 2018The Vet Shed have outdone themselves! I explained I had a seriously ill cat and they went out of their way to have the heat pad delivered to me quickly and efficiently. I have had the heat pad switched on since delivery and have not switched it off. The heat pad is quick and easy to use and I can definitely recommend this product to all pet lovers. My boy is so skinny after chemo treatment and I was worried the heat pad would burn him. This is not the case, it is extremely safe to use and I am so very happy with this purchase. By: Jane on 28 May 2017The hat pad has been wonderful for my nearly 16yo cat who is now slowing down and doesn't want to jump up onto the beds. It is a very gentle heat that has several different heat selections and with a soft pad and woolly cover. It maintains a lovely gentle heat. It will be great for when we have newborns as well.

By: Jane on 14 July 2016I purchased this particular heat pad as it was larger and had several heat settings to choose from. My cat is rather a large meow! and loves to stretch out . Within 10 minutes of putting it on he was lying down on it, he absolutely loves it. It stays on 24/7 low voltage so its safe, and keeps him warm day/night. Thanks guys, great product :)
