By: Pam on 27 September 2019My ragdoll loves this formula and I like the shape and size of the kibble. It's large enough to force my cat to chew. I dislike kibble that is too small as some animals tend to "inhale" it without properly chewing. The Royal Canin brand is excellent quality and it's the only brand I will feed my cat. If his needs should change in future, I will change to the appropriate Royal Canin formula that addresses his needs. I do use a pet fountain to encourage my cat to drink extra water and I'm always amazed at how much he likes to drink from it. I think a pet fountain is so important when feeding dry food. However, they do require careful cleaning and maintenance. I clean mine and change the water twice a week. Charcoal filter gets changed every 1-2 weeks. Yesterday I took the pump apart and cleaned it with cotton buds. I will be doing this more frequently in future.
