Whether you're stuck at work, sleeping in on the weekend, or away on a short trip, you can now monitor and control your pet’s feeding schedule remotely through the free My PetSafe® smartphone app.

Just connect the feeder to your home’s 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and schedule up to 12 meals per day, ranging from 1/8 cup (29 mL) to 4 cups (946 mL) per meal. The Feed Now feature lets you instantly dispense a meal with the tap of a button on the feeder or within the app. Got a speedy eater? The Slow Feed option gradually releases meals over a 15-minute period to help prevent bloating, indigestion, or vomiting.

The 24-cup (5,678 mL) food hopper accommodates most dry and semi-moist pet foods and is designed with a conveyor system that minimises jamming—even with irregular kibble shapes. You'll receive real-time alerts via the app when your pet is fed, when food levels are running low, or when the hopper is empty.

Built for convenience and hygiene, the feeder comes with a stainless steel bowl and removable holder that prevents tipping or skidding, while all removable parts—including the lid, hopper, bowl, and bowl holder—are top-rack dishwasher safe.

The Smart Feed comes with an AC power adapter and supports a battery backup option using 4 D-cell batteries (not included), ensuring reliable feeding even during power interruptions.
