ACTIONS:
MITOCHONDRAL is a powerful supplement combining L-Carnitine and endorphin precursors to enhance muscle endurance and reduce pain perception. Ideal as a pre-event treatment, it works best when used after regular L-Carnitine supplementation twice a week.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

For maximum benefit, give one dose the day before the event and another 4-6 hours prior to intense exercise. Regular supplementation with L-Carnitine 2-3 times a week during training and racing is recommended, typically using L-Carnitine Paste.
