KRUUSE Foam Dressing is a premium, non-adhesive polyurethane (PU) foam wound dressing designed to support optimal healing through moisture balance, absorption, and protection. Each 4.5mm thick foam pad is backed with a thin PU film that acts as a bacterial barrier while allowing excellent moisture vapour transmission.

This highly conformable dressing adapts closely to the wound bed, helping maintain a moist healing environment while absorbing exudate and providing thermal insulation to promote faster tissue repair. The non-adherent surface ensures gentle removal without trauma to newly formed tissue.
