Neigh-Lox® is a scientifically formulated antacid and gastric protectant designed for horses susceptible to gastric ulcers, digestive upset, and acid-related discomfort. Whether in training, travel, competition, or under stress, Neigh-Lox supports a healthier digestive environment and helps maintain comfort in horses at risk.

Studies show up to 90% of horses in work may develop some degree of stomach lining damage due to excess gastric acid. Neigh-Lox offers a strategic combination of fast- and slow-acting antacids and protective coating agents to help neutralise stomach acid and shield sensitive tissue from further irritation.

When to Use Neigh-Lox:

• Horses prone to or recovering from gastric ulcers or digestive irritation
• Horses on high-grain, low-forage diets
• Performance or racehorses prone to acid splash and appetite loss after training or travel
• Horses showing signs of loose manure, stable vices, weight loss, or poor coat condition
• During weaning, sales preparation, or other high-stress periods

Nutritional Analysis (Per 1kg):

• Crude Protein: 8%
• Crude Fat: 3%
• Crude Fibre: 5%
• Calcium: 0.9%
• Phosphorus: 2.5%

Feeding Recommendations:

• Maintenance: 55g per feed during low-stress periods
• Performance/High stress: 110g per day for horses in work or preparation
• Weanlings (6–12 months): 55g per feed
• Do not exceed 454g daily for mature horses or 227g daily for weanlings
• May be fed alone or mixed with feed
• For horses in work, feed immediately prior to exercise to reduce risk of acid splash
