In-sandout – Intestinal Sand Removal for Horses

In-sandout is a scientifically formulated intestinal sand removal solution for horses. Sand ingestion can lead to serious gastrointestinal issues including colic, chronic diarrhoea, weight loss, and inflammation. Horses grazing on sandy soils or fed hay and grain on bare ground are especially at risk, as sand can accumulate in the large colon over time.

Combining psyllium husks and magnesium sulphate at an optimal dosage, In-sandout helps flush accumulated sand and reduce future build-up. Many horses dislike plain psyllium husk due to its taste and texture, but In-sandout is delivered in a palatable pellet form with natural flavouring and sweeteners – without any added sugar or molasses – making it easy to feed.

This product may be used on its own or alongside other equine gut health supplements such as In-sideout, In-force, In-stride, In-fusion MSM and In-fusion HA.

Feeding Instructions:

• Mix with regular feed
• Feed for no more than 7 consecutive days per month
• Ensure fresh drinking water is available at all times
• Do not feed if impaction or intestinal blockage is suspected
• Discontinue other magnesium supplements while feeding
• Ensure normal bowel function before starting treatment
• For best results, pair with In-sideout to restore gut balance

Suggested Feeding Rates:

1 x 250mL cup ≈ 200g of In-sandout

Prevention: 0.6g/kg of body weight for 5–7 days
Removal: 1.2g/kg of body weight for 5–7 days
