  • IRIS Stages 3-4

  • Acute kidney insult
  • Uremic encephalopathy
  • Leishmaniasis with concurrent CKD

Other Indications:

• CKD IRIS Stage 1 (non-proteinuric)
• Hepatic encephalopathy

Contraindications:                                       

• Growing puppies, pregnant or nursing dogs
• Hyperlipidemia
• Pancreatitis, history of pancreatitis or at risk of pancreatitis
