SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENTS IN A LIVER TASTING CHEW
Drontal treats all gastrointestinal worms including roundworm, hookworm, whipworm and tapeworm (including hydatids). While Drontal is effective in killing adult worms that are present in the intestine at the time of treatment, worming is not a vaccine against future attacks. That’s why regular treatment with drontal is essential. Dogs and cats can be reinfected from other pets and from the environment.
Dogs should be treated at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks of age, then monthly at 4, 5 and 6 months of age and then every 3 months. Pregnant and lactating bitches should be treated before mating, 10 days before whelping, then 2 and 4 weeks after whelping. Dogs in Hydatid Tapeworm areas need treatment with drontal every 6 weeks.

Drontal Dog Wormer
By: Sunita Flockhart on 26 October 2017We've been using this product for about 4 years and both dogs (Border Collie and Mastiff Cross) take the chews without any problem (the Collie can be a fussy eater when it comes to medication but has no problem eating this!!) We will continue to use it!
