An ear flush to treat infections of the outer and middle ear. It can also be used as a maintenance agent once a week, to help keep bacterial and yeast under control in the ear, and flush out any debris.
It is a neutral buffered solution, so it is non-sting. It is also safe to use when your dog has a ruptured ear drum, which can occur with chronic infections.

ACTIONS
Cleans the ear canal of wax and exudates in dogs, thereby improving the penetration of prescribed ear medications. It has also been shown to reduce microbial (bacterial and yeast) numbers and increase bacterial susceptibility to commonly used antibiotics.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Remove the cap of the flush nozzle. Insert the nozzle just into the ear canal opening and squeeze to fill the ear canal (approx 0.5mL for small breeds or 1.5mL for larger breeds) with Dermcare Otoflush. Gently massage the ear then allow the dog to shake its head to remove debris and excess Dermcare Otoflush liquid from the ear. Repeat this process until the Dermcare Otoflush liquid coming out of the ear is clean. Wipe off any debris and excess liquid from the ear and ear opening. Remove any adherent ear exudate from the flush nozzle before replacing the cap. For routine ear cleaning repeat this procedure once weekly only. For use in conjunction with an antibiotic ear treatment, repeat the procedure twice daily for a maximum of one week or as directed by a veterinary surgeon. Ears should be flushed and excess Dermcare Otoflush removed prior to antibiotic use. Extended daily usage can result in tissue overhydration and may retard healing of the tympanic membrane. Prolonged treatment should be monitored by a veterinarian.

Gentle On The Ears
By: Angela Earl on 15 August 2019I have been using Otoflush on my dogs ears for several years which agrees with his sensitive skin issues. He suffered constant ear infections with other ear cleaners but since changing to Otoflush the inflections decreased significantly.

Ear flush that works
By: Lisa on 28 February 2018My vet recommend this for a pre treatment - an hour or so before using medicated ear drops. It helps the medication get into the ear. It does that. And no undesirable odour.

Great Product
By: Angela Earl on 18 June 2017I have been using Otoflush on my Shar Pei for around 2 yrs at my Vets recommendation. Prior to this ear cleaning with another product resulted in ear irritation and further infections. Since I have been using Otoflush his ears improved significantly with no reoccurring infections. I do ear cleaning twice a week on my Pei.

peace at last
By: Lee Henri on 28 July 2016My rescue moodle, Lucy, arrived from the RSPCA with all sorts of chronic conditions under treatment. That was 5yrs ago and most are under control now but the ears had a pesky way of flaring up every few months causing expensive vet visits and entailing yucky ointment that made her long floppy ears all greasy. My vet suggested I use Otoflush as an ongoing treatmnet whenever I bathed her or if she got her ears wet for any reason. I have persevered with this and we have now had almost 6mths flare-up free! This product is now permanently in my bathroom cupboard (in the 85% of space taken up by dog things, compared to the 15% of me things!). I' m also grateful to Vetshed as it was not on their list of products but when I mentioned this, they immediately ordered it in for me at a competitive price and all done so quickly that it was able to be shipped with the rest of my order. Very impressive customer service Vetshed!!
