Unlike traditional head halters, the Haltermate can be left on without a lead. It's as simple as a flat collar—with an integrated Martingale loop and adjustable noseband. When the dog pulls, the noseband gently tightens, giving a subtle yet effective signal. When the lead relaxes, so does the pressure—no confusion, no harsh corrections, and no eye interference.

How to Measure for the Haltermate

Because muzzle sizes vary—even within the same breed—measuring your dog is the most accurate way to ensure the right fit.

✅ Figure 8 Measurement (Most Accurate)

1. Use a soft tape measure

2. Start at the back of the neck

3. Wrap under the jaw, over the nose, and back to the neck

4. Pull snug and note the length
