Aquasonic Para-Gone tablets are formulated to aid in the control of most common external parasites affecting goldfish, tropical and marine aquarium fish. If you notice your fish rubbing or scratching against ornaments, substrate or the walls of the tank, this is a strong indicator of a parasitic infestation that requires treatment. Para-Gone targets a broad range of external fish parasites in both fresh and saltwater aquariums, helping restore your fish's comfort and health with a straightforward tablet-based treatment format.
Important - Sensitive Species and Invertebrates
Do not treat marine invertebrates including shellfish and anemones. Remove all invertebrates from the aquarium before treatment and wait 5 days after the last treatment before returning them to the tank.
Para-Gone treatment may adversely affect Plecostomus, Bristle Nose type catfish and Metynnis (Silver Dollar type fish). Use with caution or avoid treatment in tanks containing these species.
