it is important when choosing a collar for your cat that you do purchase a cat collar and not a small dog collar.   Cat collars have quick release functions on them.   Some cat collars will be full stretch or they will have a quick release catch.  This is to ensure that the if the cats collar gets caught on something when they are climbing or jumping that the collar will release and set them free.   This is essential if they were to get caught on a tree branch for example.    Yes in these instances you will lose the collar but better to lose a collar than lose your cat.  All our cat collars have safety releases on them.   Some cats will never use this function but it is better to have than not.  We have cat collars for all size cats in all shades and colours.
