How Auto Delivery Works
Auto Delivery is a subscription service that delivers your pet's products at a regular interval chosen by you. Subscriptions are automatically renewed, your card is charged, and your products are delivered — no need to place a new order each time.
For example, if you select a monthly subscription, we will automatically charge your card and dispatch your order every month.
Yes! You can have as many subscriptions as you like, each with their own delivery interval. Simply add a product to your cart, select your preferred delivery interval, and check out as usual.
When you log into your account you can view, edit, or cancel all active Auto Delivery orders quickly and easily.
The Vet Shed's standard shipping costs apply to all Auto Delivery orders. The shipping cost is recalculated each time products are added or removed, or your address changes.
Please note that processing and shipping times are not included in the Auto Delivery schedule — factor in this additional time when selecting your preferred delivery interval.
If your Auto Delivery cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, your order will not be dispatched and the subscription will be cancelled.
Payments must be made by Visa or Mastercard. Afterpay and Zip Pay are not available for Auto Delivery orders.
Terms & Conditions
Auto Delivery is a recurring order for the same item(s) scheduled at the interval you choose. A discount off our listed price applies to every Auto Delivery order and will remain the same each time. From time to time our website prices may change — however your discount will always remain, meaning you will always pay the best price.
You can modify or cancel your Auto Delivery at any time up to 3 days before your order is scheduled for processing. Changes requested outside this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
The Vet Shed reserves the right to change or cancel the Auto Delivery program or any of these terms at any time.
