Use the slicker brush to remove dead and shedding hair from your dog or cat. Regular brushing will help prevent matting.
On medium and long haired breeds such as Collies, Shepherds, Pomeranians and Old English Sheepdogs, part the hair and brush outwarding, section by section.
On hard and curly coated breeds sucj as Airdales, Schnauzers and Poodles brush thoroughly with and against the direction of hair growth.

It has made the whole process of brushing her a pleasure and my girl is not suffering any discomfort in removing knots.

Good size for brushing any sized dog. My labrador
