Bladder stones are collections of mineral crystals that combine together in the urinary tract. They can cause discomfort and lead to more serious problems that require the care of a veterinarian.
Because the food your cat eats plays an important role in his or her overall health and well-being, Hill's™ nutritionists and veterinarians have developed clinical nutrition especially formulated to help support your cat's bladder health.
Cats need the right balance of minerals to maintain good bladder health. Excess minerals can encourage the formation of crystals in the urine, which may lead to the creation of bladder stones.
Key Benefits
- Controlled levels of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and oxalate to help limit the building blocks of crystals and bladder stones
- Rich in fish oil - an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids - to help promote healthy skin and a shiny coat
- Added potassium citrate to help interrupt bladder stone formation
- Increased levels of vitamin B6 to help decrease oxalate formation
- Low sodium to maintain normal blood pressure
- High in antioxidants (Vitamin E and Beta-Carotene) to control cell oxidation and promote a healthy immune system

Great product
By: Roxanne Hatherly on 10 October 2018A product that works! Our vet prescribed this for our diabetic cat with kidney/urinary issues as well. Since starting this food we have not had a single episode of urinary crystals and no expensive vet visits for catheters to clear his blockages, it may not be the cheapest food but it is certainly cheaper in the long run

Healthy and contented cats
By: Mrs Judith Harbottle on 18 August 2018Since feeding my cats this product they have not had any bladder problems, even my back yard neighbours cat comes down to my kitchen regularly and steels a feed. Must like the variety.

Hills cat food
By: Mrs Judith Harbottle on 29 April 2018My two Ragdoll cats have been on this food for many years now they are nine so I'm guessing it's been about six years, and I have two very healthy cats. Even my neighbours Burmese cat sneaks into my kitchen to help himself, maybe it's tastier than what he gets at home.
