Dear Vet Shed,
I just CANNOT believe your service.
I ordered this Milo's Ear Cleanser from you the day before yesterday, and here it is
- already dropped down my Staffy's ear.  And she's not still shaking her head as she
did when I used some dreadful stuff from the Pharmacist.
I always bought Leo's Ear Cleanser from the vet, and when he told me it had been
discontinued (much to his regret), I didn't know what to do.  It's kept my Staffie's
ears healthy for years.
I Googled it in the end (should have done it first, I know), and found your site.  I
had to trust that Milo's was the same and take the plunge. 
I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID.  It's exactly the same, and I know that Molly's ears will
be well again. 
I didn't even look at other things on your site - I was so pleased to think that I
might have this great product again - but I shall have a real look in a minute - I
just had to write to you straight away.
Thank you for your brilliant service, and the updates on postage status.  This is
indeed SERVICE, as I believed it should be.
You definitely have a new customer now.
