If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please first contact support@thevetshed.com or call us on 1300 735 995 and advise of the difficulty or issues with the products. Our highly trained team will assist you and should a return be necessary arrangements made. Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of invoice date. The Vet Shed staff will give you a return authorisation number which is essential for all returned items. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
When you receive your items, please check the packing list against your copy of the order to assure that there are no discrepancies between items ordered and items received.
Products to be returned must be in their original packaging and MUST be returned within 14 days of invoice date. Please keep all packing slips and related materials in case of returns! Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from thevetshed.com and its affiliate sites.
If a product that you order is not available at the time of purchase or there are delays in the supply of goods you will be notified by email to the address that you have given at time of signup. |
