Proban

Proban is an oral medication for control of ticks, fleas and demodectic mange in dogs and for control of fleas in cats. Proban is often used in combination with Frontline for additional tick prevention in high risk areas. As fleas and ticks thrive and breed most rapidly in a warm environment, Proban should be commenced as the temperature starts to get warmer, and to be continued until the cooler weather. Daily checking of ticks is recommended, especially in high risk tick areas.
